ADVANCED TREES

We continue to sell our advanced trees as summer approaches. However in ground trees will not be dug from now until early autumn. Any above ground trees can be planted at this time.You may select any tree and pay a deposit so the tree will be kept for you till autumn.  

Our trees are 2-4 m high and well established and are grown in root control systems . Come and select your trees now. You may take your trees with you or delivery can be arranged. 

Trees include Oaks, Maples, Crepe Myrtles, 5 varieties of Ornamental pears, Liquidambers, Citrus, other fruits, Crabapples.

We also have that very beautiful and special tree Davidia involucrata, or Dove tree, they are over 3 metres.

 Nearly all of our trees are drought hardy species. We realize that it is essential to plant trees requiring less water in these years of drought. We have paid particular attention to trees that have coped well over the past three years and are keen to pass on this experience to you.

BLUEBERRIES SEASON 2011-12
Blueberries  we have finished picking our organic blueberries for this season. We have enjoyed seeing all our costomers who have come to the farm over the last 2 months and we hope you have enjoyed the berries.We look forward to seeing you all next season.

Our Season

is from December to February, January is the best time for the berries.

Frozen blueberries are available at the shed throughout the year or while stocks last. They are in 1Kg. bags, cost $20

Our garlic is magnificent and is now for sale

We also have frozen raspberries for sale. They are not registered organic but are lovely berries.

BLUEBERRY PLANTS

 We have a large supply of blueberry plants. Our varieties are suitable for the cooler southern parts of Australia. Varieties are Brigitta, Denise, Blue Crop and Northland.They are in 10, 14 and  20 cm containers.
The above varieties are all suitable for the home garden.

Sunshine Blue is a smaller plant and is considered the best home garden variety. It is evergreen, compact , very attractive with excellent berries. It grows to about 1 metre x 1 metre.It is suitable for pots as well as planting out into the garden, or even using as a hedge.
